He was on the Executive Board of the Independent Broker/Dealer Association and has authored a column, Fix On Fixed Income, in various Broker/Dealer in-house newsletters for over 15-yrs. Currently, Leonard serves as a member of the Advisory Council for Investigo Corp., a web-based corporation, designing sophisticated data consolidation and reporting platforms for the financial services industry. Floura Katz majored in accounting with a minor in marketing. After taking time off to raise a family of four, she has worked for over 18-years in the financial and real estate industries. Currently, her responsibilities encompass procurement in addition to financial recordkeeping and review.

Gregory Bitterman has a broad background in contract and corporate law. Greg earned his JD degree in 1985 and serves Of Council to the prestigious New York City law firm of Broder and Reiter, located in the Empire State Building.
